Transport links

  

By Underground: the nearest station is Ravenscourt Park on the District line. The PPHC is a short walk (10 minutes) from the station.

 

By Car: the PPHC is outside London's central Congestion Charging Zone. Off-road parking may be available for researchers visiting the Centre if booked in advance.

By Bus: Numbers 94 and 266 stop near College Hall on Goldhawk Road and Paddenswick Road.

 

By Air: the PPHC is less than one hour's journey on the underground from Heathrow airport, and about one and a half hours via rail and underground from Gatwick.

   

Places to eat

  

There are no refreshment facilities at College Hall. There are a few cafes, restaurants and pubs on Goldhawk Road, opposite College Hall.

Instrumental and vocal teaching

  

The Royal College of Music manages a Teaching Service for members of the public through its Education and Outreach Programme, RCM Sparks. Instrumental and vocal teaching, given by RCM students and graduates, is available for both adults and children who live in London on the tube network or in an area easily accessible by overland train.
